  • Website analytics: Pages visited, time on site, referral source, device type, and browser. Collected via privacy-respecting analytics (no personally identifiable information).
  • Cookies: See Section 6 below.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Deliver the services you purchased (Pinterest management, articles, AI photos, consulting, niche reports).
  • Communicate with you about your project, deliverables, and reports.
  • Send monthly performance reports for Pinterest management clients.
  • Improve our website and services based on aggregated, anonymized usage data.
  • Respond to inquiries and support requests.

We do not use your information for advertising, sell it to third parties, or send unsolicited marketing emails.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

  • Vercel — Website hosting. Your IP address and basic request data may be logged by their servers.
  • Google Fonts — Font delivery. Google may collect anonymized usage data when fonts are loaded.
  • Pinterest — For management clients, we access your Pinterest account using credentials you provide. We operate within Pinterest’s terms of service.
  • Payment providers — Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Wise). We do not store financial data.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in these cases:

  • Service delivery: Sharing project files with team members who work on your account (see our About section for team details). All team members are bound by confidentiality.
  • Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
  • Portfolio use: We may display anonymized performance data (e.g., “Account A: 3.12M impressions”) and AI-generated images in our portfolio. Your name, blog name, and identifying details are never shared without explicit written consent.

6. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies:

  • Essential cookies: Required for basic website functionality (e.g., session management). These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies: If we add analytics in the future, we will use a privacy-respecting solution and update this section accordingly.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or retargeting scripts.

  • Pinterest access: Account credentials are revoked within 48 hours of service termination.
  • Inquiries: Contact information from non-clients is retained for 6 months, then deleted.
  • Portfolio data: Anonymized performance data and AI images used in our portfolio are retained indefinitely unless you request removal.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

  • Withdrawal of consent: Revoke Pinterest account access or any other consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us via LinkedIn or WhatsApp.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure credential storage, and limiting access to client data to team members who need it for service delivery. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Data
